Protocol documentation
TAKT, precisely.
TAKT is a finite scheduled execution contract for Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. It is not an exchange, broker, portfolio manager or recurring investment product.
Overview
A user deposits one fixed input amount and selects a number of fills. The contract makes no further wallet withdrawals. Each eligible fill swaps one portion through an enabled market and sends output directly to the plan owner.
The protocol is pre-launch and unaudited.
Plan parameters
2 to 64
A finite number selected at creation
Interval5 minutes to 30 days
Minimum time between successful fills
StartNow to 30 days
First eligible execution time
Slippage0 to 2%
Maximum discount from the Chainlink-based quote
Pricing and fees
TAKT values both sides of a swap from Chainlink feeds. The Stock Token feed already includes the corporate-action multiplier. The contract calculates the expected output, applies the user's slippage tolerance and passes that result to the DEX as the minimum output.
The planned default keeper fee is 0.05% of each gross slice. The contract permanently caps it at 0.10%. A plan snapshots the fee at creation, so a later configuration change cannot alter an existing plan.
Keepers
Anyone can execute a ready fill. TAKT's keeper watches plan times and submits eligible transactions. The keeper receives the plan's fixed execution fee in the input token. If no keeper acts, the user or another address can execute the fill.
Safeguards
- Invalid, negative or stale oracle data reverts execution.
- A Stock Token reporting a corporate-action oracle pause cannot execute.
- A DEX fill below the oracle-derived minimum reverts completely.
- The owner can pause new fills in an emergency but cannot block cancellation.
- The contract owner can enable markets but cannot transfer user escrow.
- The plan owner can cancel and withdraw the remaining input token without a price feed.
Risks
Scheduling does not guarantee profit or a better price. Prices can move between fills. Transactions can be delayed by network, keeper, oracle or DEX conditions. Smart contracts, tokens, oracles, routers and liquidity pools can fail or behave unexpectedly.
Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They provide economic exposure and do not grant ownership of the underlying security. Eligibility restrictions apply. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
Contracts
No TAKT mainnet contract has been published. This table will show the executor and verified source after deployment.
